For example, when the spray gun needs to spray workpieces from different angles, the elbow can guide the powder from the powder supply system to the appropriate direction, ensuring that the powder can be accurately conveyed to the spray gun and ejected.
• Buffer the impact force of the powder: The powder has a certain speed and impact force during the conveying process. The elbow can change the movement direction of the powder when it flows through the elbow due to its curved structure, thus buffering the impact force of the powder and reducing the wear on the pipeline and equipment. At the same time, it can also prevent the powder from agglomerating or clogging due to direct impact, ensuring the smoothness of powder conveying.
• Prevent powder accumulation: A reasonably designed elbow can prevent the powder from accumulating during the conveying process. Since the shape and angle of the elbow can guide the powder to flow evenly, it reduces the possibility of powder accumulation in the corners or dead zones of the pipeline, lowering the risk of blockage caused by powder accumulation and improving the stability and reliability of the entire spraying system.
• Optimize the powder mixing effect: In some powder coating machines, special structures or devices, such as spoilers, can be installed at the elbows, enabling the powder and air to mix better when flowing through the elbows.
