Daily Cleaning

 

Before cleaning the gun, switch off the control unit.
The compressed air used for cleaning should be free from oil and water.

Daily:

1. 1. Clean the outside of the gun.

Weekly:

1. 1. Detach the powder hose connection  at the powder hose connector .
   2. Detach the nozzle  from the gun and clean it.
   3. Blow out the gun through the powder inlet in the direction of flow.
   4. Clean the powder tube  with the spiral brush supplied.
   5. Blow out the gun with compressed air again.
   6. Clean the powder hose .
   7. Reassemble and reconnect the gun.
