Powder Coating Gun Control Unit CG04 Control unit 393339
1.The CG04 Control unit controls the max. number of 10 powder coating guns. The control unit contains all controlling and checking functions required for operating the powder gun. All coating parameters (preset values and actual values) have their individual display and input unit to allow the highest user-friendly operation.
2. Stored programs help considerably to increase the repeatability of unit form coating results and the quality at any time. The powder volume is set independent from the total air volume. The al-lotment of conveying air supplementary air takes place automatically.The components needed for it are integrated in the Pneumatic control unit.
3. By freely selectable high voltage or spray current for all guns at the same time, optimum high voltage generation is guaranteed, also for the highest application demands. Various diagnostic functions, indicated by LEDs and displays, increase the process reliability and make operation easier.

The controller has mode selection, fault diagnosis, data setting limitation, RS485 remote communication control, and can store up to 250 spraying modes inadvance.
4. The mechanical part adopts 4 double-row ball U-groove bearing rollers to move up and down from the aluminum profile bearingsteel guide rail, which is driven by a steel wire timing belt, whichmade GR06 has the characteristics of smooth operation without jitter, low noise, extremely low wear rate.
5.The butt and clip of the gun are made of aluminum alloy, light inweight, firm and stable in operation, and beautiful in appearance.
