<Powder  Coating / Spraying Booth with Cyclone Recovery System>


1.Powder Coating Booth . 
We can provide different material of Booth to meet different your demands , such as Galvanized sheet, stainless steel, PP material etc.
2. Cyclone Recovery System.
The workpiece is automatically operated by hanging the chain at the top of the powder spraying room. During the powder spraying process, the powder not absorbed by the workpiece falls to the bottom of the powder spraying room, and the fallen powder is sucked into the cyclone separator with the airflow for primary recovery. At this time, 93% - 95% of the powder will fall into the powder collecting bucket at the bottom of the cyclone. The powder collecting bucket is equipped with a fluidized bed. After the powder is fluidized, it is automatically sucked into the powder supply bucket by the vibrating screen, and the powder is recycled; About 1% - 4% of the superfine powder is not recovered by the big cyclone. With the airflow of the big cyclone, the superfine powder is blown to the high efficiency powder secondary recovery filter and absorbed by the high efficiency powder filter element in the filter. The high magnetic pulse valve inside the filter element works intermittently to blow the superfine powder on the filter element down to the bottom powder collecting bucket. The recovered superfine powder cannot be recycled and can be cleaned regularly.
3. After entering the cyclone separator, the airflow containing fine powder will rotate along the inner wall and descend. As the radius of rotation decreases after reaching the cone, according to the law of conservation of momentum, the rotation speed will gradually increase, and the particles in the airflow will be subjected to greater centrifugal force. Because the separation speed generated by centrifugal force is hundreds or even thousands of times higher than the settling speed under the action of gravity, the fine powder is separated from the rotary airflow and falls along the wall of the cyclone separator to be separated. When the air flow reaches the lower end of the cone part, the attachment starts to reverse, gradually rotates and rises in the center part, and finally discharges from the riser.
6. As the after -filter device, the secondary recovery will be less than 10 μ M fine powder and fine dust in the air are filtered and left outside the filter cartridge to ensure the cleanness of the discharged air.
